Empire State Fuel offers a comprehensive service program
combining all aspects necessary for safe, reliable, efficient
and legal operation of any heating plant, from family homes to
large industrial and residential facilities.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Empire
State Fuel offers reasonably priced maintenance contracts,
backed by our staff of technicians, available 24 hours a
day.
You may choose from two Maintenance Contracts: Either a
"Labor Only" Contract, or "Parts and
Labor" Agreement. Both include an Annual Overhaul. Either
way, you are choosing peace of mind.
Maintenance contracts may also be combined with a variety of
support services:
1) Chemical boiler treatment to inhibit corrosion.
2) Regular Boiler Cleaning.
3) Burner Overhauls.
4) Periodic adjustments according to CO2 test
results.
These services mesh together to maintain efficient and
reliable operation for your heating facility.
MOBILE HEATING UNITS
Mobile
Heating Units capable of supplying heat and hot water during
boiler replacement or during an emergency, and can be brought right to
your building. Our service department takes care of all
service and maintenance. We offer reasonable rates, and short
notices are not a problem. Units range from 50 HP up to 700
HP. Please contact our service department for more
information.
COMPETITIVE PRICING
We
spend a great deal of time and effort forecasting and
negotiating oil prices. In this way, we can guarantee our
customers with the best possible price at all times.
